We are currently seeking a high achieving Sales Development Representative as we establish our Inside Sales team to sell our developer portal software products. The candidate will be someone who can generate Enterprise-level new business pipeline over the phone on a consistent basis.

Job Responsibilities for a Sales Development Representative

  • Responsible for building the sales pipeline while achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Identify, establish, develop and grow new business relationships over the phone with influential contacts within identified Key Accounts
  • Understand an organization’s business drivers, challenges, pain points
  • Identify new sales opportunities and pass leads to Business Development
  • Partner with SVP of Business Development to effectively create sales outreach plans
  • Utilize and leverage internal and external technology to identify, develop and manage marketing leads effectively, including sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and press releases
  • Travel for training and/or meetings may occasionally be required

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Prior experience in a marketing related field with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling
  • A general understanding of Information Technology and SaaS offerings
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written skills
  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with Achieve Internet, prospects and internal team members
  • A growth mindset, consistently working to improve your skills and adapt in a constantly changing environment
  • Humble confidence, and the ability to differentiate yourself to clients
