The first one is your chance to meet the direct manager of your development team to determine the fit between our requirements and your goals. The second one involves additional leaders of Achieve to evaluate an overall fit. These series of interviews give us both an opportunity to explore how best to move forward. The final interview is to make sure we cover any remaining details and give you a chance to ask any final questions.
